From the street, the Chorus Hall marquee illuminates the block with a digital ticker tape announcing current and upcoming events.

An ideal venue for film production, private events, performances and so much more, Chorus Hall offers a full-service experience including access to a mesh WIFI network, state-of-the-art technical and electrical capabilities, and a roll-up door for easy drive-in access for loading and unloading.

In-House Production Equipment & Rental

Chorus Hall offers state-of-the-art lighting and sound packages for events of all sizes. Technical specifications for the venue are available upon request. The use of standard built-in audio and lighting equipment is included in each rental. Chorus Hall features retractable theater seating for 224 guests and a 32’ deep and 40 ‘wide stage

With seating retracted, the open floor space is 56’ deep and 48’ wide equaling 2688 square feet. Space for 220 guests seated at 72-inch round tables or 300 guests with standing bar tables throughout.

Additional Add-Ons

Additional in-house equipment such as screens, projectors, wireless microphones, and moving/LED lights is available for rent, all equipment is subject to availability.
